Our Service offers virtual interior design consultations and design services. Our design services include, but are not limited to, space planning, color scheme selection, furniture selection, and décor recommendations.

  3. Payment and Fees

Our design services are offered at a flat fee or hourly rate, as agreed upon by the parties. Payment is due prior to the start of any design work. We accept payment via credit card or other payment methods as specified on our website.

  4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the designs and other materials created by us for you as part of the Service, are owned by us or our licensors. You may use these materials only for your personal use in connection with the Service and may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

  5. Confidentiality

We will keep all information provided by you as part of the Service confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent. This obligation of confidentiality will not apply to information that is in the public domain or that we are required to disclose by law.

This Agreement is written in French, English, and Spanish. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the different versions, the French version shall prevail, and the parties agree to take all necessary steps to ensure that the Agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with French law.

  10. Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

   11. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
